Your business card designs reflect your own signature styles too. It communicates the personality of your business and can equally promote the brand image of your products and services among others.

It is a print material that can ably wield you the ability to promote and complement your networking efforts, your advertising events and concepts, your marketing mix and more. This card, after all, is the piece of information that the person you hand it to will take home and used as a reference at the end of the day.

Maximizing the Output of Your Print Out Call Cards

The business card or calling cards are more than a piece of paper that holds your contact information. Used wisely, its design and its engineering can also double as your marketing material, particularly for those businesses and professions that rely mostly or solely on referrals and connections. Here are a few suggested ways to extend the use of these handy 2 x 3.5 cards.

1)    Product Lists
There are two sides to this card, although most only use one side. Any standard printing company will let your print on both sides of the card. This means, you have the whole back side to advertise your products and services.

2)    For those in the retail business, you can enumerate your products in a list. If you are providing a single specialized service on the other hand, you can use it to write a short description about who you are and what you do.

3)    You can also use the reverse side to hold your prominent logo, brand, and even an image of your most identifiable product for better recognition and memory retention.

4)    Leave the back side empty:
There are some businesses though who thrive in customizing their services for individuals and are wary of listing down their offerings as they tend to limit them. In this case, it will help to keep the back part of your card empty. Just remember to ask your printing company to leave the back side uncoated or coated in either aqueous or matte so you can write on it.

5)    In relation to the preceding tip, with an uncoated, aqueous or matte coated call cards, you can write any special quotation or any particular information you deem important. You can for instance, write the most convenient time and date for you to entertain clients, appointments and even receive calls from a particular client.

6)    Folded Note Card:
The folded business card creates a relatively bigger space for you to work with. You have ample space within the 4 x 3.5 folded in two to make the standard 2 x 3.5. In addition to the extra space for notes, it can also double as gift tags for your give away items.

7)    Another great idea is to perforate the 4 x 3.5 folded cards along the fold. In this manner, your clients can easily tear it into two. The half can be a discount coupon or another calling card they can easily give out to their own contacts.

Look for other inventive ways to use and maximize your calling cards These may be a standard networking tool, but it doesn’t always have to look standard or used in standard ways. Your business card designs are your signature style, find ways to turn it to something unique for your business.
