Much to the dismay of companies on the verge of establishing a good market share, more so for those whose promising entrepreneurial pursuit turned rocky, competition just got tighter with the country’s current suffering economy. Hence, marketing solutions are needed more than ever, not to mention, the call for cost-cutting measures.
Enter large advertisement visuals. Although not entirely new, there are relatively new means to showcase your products.
Vinyl banners
The development of vinyl in thin and flexible sheets has paved the way for studier and more resilient options other than regular posters. These are offered in nearly all walk-in printing and online printing companies.
Vinyl banners, being made of synthetic substances, can withstand harsh weather conditions better than paper posters. Although made into sheets, vinyl materials are rather thick, and they do not easily rip even when placed outdoors.
A good way of preventing the onset of tearing is to make sure that all the edges are cut properly, i.e., without small slits which could lead to splitting. You can ask printers to add grommets to the corners of your banner. Grommets are the small metal eyelets where strings are inserted and knotted to when vinyl banners are to be hanged. These metal eyelets can stop the strings from tearing through the holes.
There are also vinyl billboards, the vast signs that you see by the roadside. These are also effective and durable but it entails a lot of cost, from the sign printing up to the metal frame that will hold the billboard.
Adhesive back prints and window clings
There are posters that are given added value due to the adhesive substance placed at the back of the sign. This allows posters to be mounted onto walls and other flat surfaces without needing to put glue or tape on the opposite side of the colored prints. Another advantage of this is that it can be easily removed and replaced without leaving residue on the surface, which can prevent you from ruining paint and wall designs.
Also a good alternative are window clings which stick to glass surfaces by virtue of static charging, making it residue-free and reusable just like adhesive back prints.
Some window clings have an almost translucent material which makes the prints a little bit more difficult to read, especially if there is intense light passing through the window. It is better to opt for opaque window clings to avoid this inconvenience.
Long lasting prints
These print products are normally printed using digital facilities. Aside from sharp images, these technologies have other features such as the use of inks that can be cured under ultraviolet (UV) light. Referred to as UV coated prints, these signage materials boast fade- and water-resistant full color prints which can last for years,
Although they cost a bit more than regular posters, these large format prints can be kept for a long time, surpassing the mortality of paper posters. And in addition to that, they can be used several times before their quality depletes. To get more information about these products, you can check online printing companies and compare prices.
Optimize consumer attention and maximize your marketing investment with durable and reusable signage materials.
