Given the huge disparity between incomes and the standards of living between developed and developing countries, people from less developed nations are now looking towards the west for better opportunities and a better life. However, given that wealthier nations cannot accommodate everyone who may wish to migrate to their shores, these countries have taken the necessary steps to "limit" the number of people who y migrate to their country.
