What is a Moderate International Terrorist Anyway?

Have you ever heard the term; Moderate International Terrorist? Well, you probably will soon, as we see the leader of Hezbollah, I forget his name, but he is rather a popular figure on Al Jazeera News in the Middle East; he is now stating he is sorry that Hezbollah kidnapped the News Reports from Fox. He is equally sorry or so he says that the war between Israel and Hezbollah demolished Lebanon?

He said had he known that the Israelis would have retaliated in that way, that they would not have abducted the two-soldiers in the first place? Interesting and in hindsight he probably would have, as it made him famous in the Arab World and although Hezbollah got creamed in their way of thinking they died a noble death in a Jihad for Allah and go to heaven.

But what truly makes an International Terrorist a Moderate one? Is it simply possible by Taking advice from other first world Arab Leaders, playing the media and saying you are sorry and you want peace? Or is it simply using discretion, which is the better part of valor anyway?

So, then; What is a Moderate International Terrorist Anyway? Perhaps we shall find out soon as the saga in the Middle East now moves to tensions between Syria and the UN and Iran and the Western World. Consider all this in 2006.
