Where is Homeland Security When We Need Them?

The department of Homeland security is a department of our government that is suppose to protect the people on the homeland right? Well how come when a child who works in the House of Congress gets molested Homeland Security is no where around? I am tired of every time I turn on the television or the radio I hear President George W. Bush and the Republican Party telling the American citizens that they are keeping America safe. However, in the next moment I hear about American children being killed in the schools of America, which is happening in the homeland. Oh! That’s right homeland security is at our airports treating American travelers like we are all terrorist. If the institution of Homeland Security cannot keep our children safe what good is it?

America let us first understand the nature of mankind without the Holy Spirit of God. In Galatians 4-v-19-21 the scriptures states “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envying, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like of the which I tell you before as I have also told you in time past that they, which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” The body and mind can be a slave to its impulses without the power of Gods’ Holy Spirit America. The only thing that makes mankind different is our professions. So when we find that we, mankind, are doing these things to one another please do not blame the devil. It is written “sin is a reproach to every nation.” (Proverbs 14-v-34)

According to Isaiah chapter fourteen starting at verse twelve the scripture states the devil is an angel who was created by God. He was the most beautiful of all the angels. He has many names some of them are as follows: Lucifer, Satan, serpent, the accuser, and the son of the morning. He also had excess to heaven at one time. He caused some of the angels to rebel against God. (Rev 12-v-7-9). He also had a throne in heaven until he was cast out into the earth. (Rev 9-v-14) The Lord Jesus Christ described the devil mode of operations in the gospels by saying “the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy.” (John 10-v-10) He is the father of all lies. (John 8-v-44). He is the prince of this world (John 12-v-31)

God is a Spirit who created both the angel who is now called the devil; and Adam who was the first of mankind. There is a spiritual war going on between good and evil. God is the most important victor in this war and the devil is the attacker and looser in this war. According to the bible mankind is at the front line of this spiritual war, which is why we should not compare ourselves by ourselves. (2 Corinthians 10-v-12) We must choose who side we are on and then represent. We can be played by our flesh and tempted by the devil, which is from birth, because we are born in sin (Romans 3-v-23); or we can be used by the Holy Spirit of God, which is by our choice. We know that mankind should accept the truth concerning his life on earth and accept God plan of Salvation. It would be foolish not to right? Remember the Lord Jesus Christ said “Who-so-ever will let them come.”

Now that we understand who is causing the harm to our children we as Americans can understand why Homeland Security is a joke when it comes to protecting the homeland in America. Why? Because we have some people working for homeland security that do not have the Holy Spirit of God and some people who will not let the Holy Spirit of God lead and guide them. Our Constitutional laws were written to guide the spirit of mankind to do the right thing. (Psalms 127-v-3-5) However, most of the laws that has been passed since 1973 has been passed based on fleshly emotions. I refer to1973 because that is when the Supreme Court of America legalized abortion.(Isaiah 59-v-3) America you would think that the people who died on September 11, 2001 were the only people in America who have died in a terrorist attack. America do you remember the Americans who died at our navel base at Pearl Harbor and at the Oklahoma the Federal building just to name a few? Were those Americans who died? My question is what happened to our American air space security on September 11, 2001? If we can get the answers to this question we will find out who the real terrorists are and why the World Trade Center Building and the Pentagon was attacked.

Death is a given on this earth. The goal of living is to enjoy life and to prepare a place for our spirit when our human spirit departs our earthly body. If we can learn anything from the harm and death we causes each other on earth it is that we must all be ready to die, not that we want to die, but during our life time we must prepare to spend eternity with God or the devil. I am not talking about being religious and having a membership with a religious congregation. I am talking about accepting God plan of Salvation that is given to mankind freely, because of the death burial and resurrection by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who is the only Begotten Son of God. Yes!! The Lord Jesus Christ already paid the price that we, mankind, could not pay. You can find this information in the Bible in the book of Ephesians Chapter 2-v-8. Once you accept God Salvation then you will want to be born again (John 3-v-7) and filled with His Holy Spirit;(Ephesians 5-v-18) be converted,(Matthew 13-v-15) and study the scriptures(2Timothy 2-v-15) for in them we will find the life God wants us to live. Then you will be transformed by the renewing of your mind by reading the Holy Scriptures. (Romans 12-v-2) Yes! God has directives in the bible too for our protection so we must embrace them and obey them also. Once we understand sin no longer has power over us and death is not to be feared, (Romans 6-v-14) then the world will be able to see the kingdom of God on earth by our good works. (Romans Chapter 6) Homeland Security maybe an institution to make America feel a sense of being safe; but Eternal Security with the Lord Jesus Christ is what we truly need and our government institutions cannot give what is not in its power to give. What American citizens needs is more responsible political players in public office.
