These apartments can be leased on a month-to-month basis or up to a one year lease.

The 221 West Elm Street Apartments offer one bedroom apartments starting at $1,150 and two bedrooms at $1,350. The apartments surround a courtyard in this 25-unit garden-style apartment complex. The building has security entrance, security parking, laundry and storage space.

Media Center Villas is located near the I-5 freeway and in the Burbank foothills. The units were originally built in 1964 and remodeled in 2002. This gated community offers a BBQ/picnic area, pool and fitness center. One bedroom rentals start out at $1,250 per month.

The 48-unit Camarillo Chateau offers studios at $1,275 per month. This quaint apartment community is located in the beautiful Toluca Lake area.
