Anyone trying to break into the real estate game might easily lose hope early on if they are not properly prepared. It may seem obvious, but it's essential to learn how to sell real estate properly before you do anthing else. Waiting for a phone to ring with bills piling up is not fun. Answer all questions honestly and directly, and not in a politician way by evading the question altogether. If you don't know the answer, say so. But also say you will find out and let them know as soon as possible.
You don't only have to learn how to sell real estate -- you also have to learn how to treat people in a way that makes them comfortable and relaxed. When people trust you, that's when you'll really discover how to sell real estate!
