Let’s file this one under Things You Never Thought About, But Maybe Are Glad Somebody Else Did.

When a guy uses an ED drug like Levitra to be able to initiate a sexual encounter, it obviously has a physical effect on him. In addition to the successful intercourse that hopefully follows taking one of these pills, a guy can also experience some of the mild Levitra side effects. Things like a headache, flushing, nasal discharge, and sometimes even minor visual color changes can occur. The blood is pumping to a different place if everything is going right, and a guy can be a little fatigued or even possibly dizzy after intercourse. And if a man is using a prescribed nitrate or alpha blocker, he probably shouldn’t even be using Levitra to begin with because of the possibility of some pretty bad Levitra side effects. Generally, though, a man with these conditions taking nitrate or alpha blocker prescriptions would have a hard time getting Levitra from a registered pharmacist.

So it stands to reason, although most of us wouldn’t spend much time thinking about it, that there should be some rules regarding airline pilots and Levitra. And as it turns out, there are. In the list of FAA accepted medications updated in March of 2008, the FAA has approved pilots to fly six hours after using Levitra. “Six hours from Viagra to throttle,” as they say, is recommended to make sure these guys don’t join the “Mile-High Club.” Since Levitra is supposed to normally last for about five hours, the six-hour rule makes sense, since it’s assumed the pilot won’t be in the cockpit while the drug is still active in his system.

In a time when we hear horror stories about pilots flying drunk, it’s good to know that at least some regulations about ED drugs have been considered,  even if the idea does seem a little bit silly. While the chances of something bad happening if a guy’s Levitra hasn’t completely worn off seem a little remote, it’s better to be safe than sorry. Plus, we certainly wouldn’t want some type of intimate encounter to be happening in the cockpit. If you pay much attention to the news you know there’s enough stuff going on in our airplanes already that aren't safe for passengers.

Levitra is the latest of the three ED drugs made commercially available, and approved by the FDA, on the market today, coming on the heels of Viagra and Cialis. Levitra has changed the lives of millions of men and women alike, no doubt some pilots among them, by giving them an option that barely existed until this century. Levitra can be obtained through a good online pharmacy at a reasonable price, and can be delivered quickly and discreetly through one of these companies. Don’t forget that, when choosing an online pharmacy, make sure it is one that is trustworthy and established with a track record of good customer service.

So, in conclusion, the next time you’re on a plane, you can rest assured that the FAA is on the job to protect our passengers and our skies, and that no hanky-panky, at least not of the Levitra-assisted variety, should be going on in the cockpit. We do want the skies to be friendly, but that would be making them a bit too friendly.
