Many times men that suffer from erectile dysfunction lack confidence and take extra precautions so that they do not end up in a position that could result in a sexual encounter. These men often suffer from anxiety, depression, and inadequacies. The results from this is not good and can lead to a life that is less than satisfactory. What often happens is once these men begin to take Viagra and almost instantly regain their manhood and now have an erection full of strength to offer. If married, maybe the wife is not ready for this new attitude quite yet or it is also possible that she just can't keep up. If there is no partner then this newfound self confidence can result in promiscuous behavior that can be damaging. The use of Viagra is associated with some behavioral changes. It is like they have a new truck that they want to show off. Viagra users return to a normal sex life except they now have increased stamina and confidence. 

Pfizer's marketing strategy has changed through the years and now boasts a newer message with their advertisements that claim that any man that takes Viagra will have a new and even better, rock hard erection. It sends sort of a devilish message that the women will know when something is different with even the most average Joe because he is on Viagra. This sends a message to men who have a tendency to already be obsessed with their own penis when it is fully erect. This was not the original message that was supposed to be sent but rather one of a 50 something man who because of health problems has lost his ability to engage is sex with his wife, he sees his doctor and miraculously gets some Viagra and life is happy ever after from there on out.

There have been some young men who have decided to use Viagra as a party drug. A little booze, a little cocaine, and a Viagra offer a time that no woman will ever forget. These guys might steal the drug from family or some even order it online, it is very popular amongst college students. This is a behavioral problem that can lead to death. Viagra has also become very popular with the bisexual and homosexual communities as it is mentally promoting sexual promiscuity and compromising the growth of STD's and possibly even AIDS.
