Information
Hurricane Formations and Water Droplet Sizes

Perhaps you have heard of all the information of droplet sizes with regards to Hurricane Formations? Then again maybe you have not. Nevertheless, my understanding is that the water droplet size during evaporation of the salt spray allows the surface winds to be curtailed slowing trade winds and therefore allowing the uninhibited circulation and formation of the Tropical Storms Rotation?
Okay now then, here was a thought; Now, what if.... (Yes, I know, here we go again with some wild theory!) Indeed, so what if.... We could use an energy source so that we could disrupt the droplets from attaining the size required to slow down the wind? Then the Hurricane never forms or if a large Tropical Storm forms it cannot reach Hurricane Status. By using directed energy transfer methods and techniques, we can slightly modify the size of water droplets by messing with the ionic bonding during the droplet formation on the wave crests and therefore no large droplets of a given size form, but rather only small mist?
Well, as you can see my knowledge is limited here, but in theory if we change the water droplet size we win. If a Nuclear Powered aircraft carrier went into the tropical depression prior to formation, it has the power requirement to send wave height energy in all directions? Crazy indeed! Yes, I know, here we go again with some wild theory! But let us consider this in Atlantic Hurricane Season 2006.

Many times we hear of great new initiatives being sponsored and feel we are rounding a corner and looking towards a bright new future, yet eventually we see that things are not moving and we feel it is only hype and get frustrated. Sometimes delays in innovation are caused in the marketplace by competitive and political barriers.Often, there is a reason for this and that is because some innovation is so disruptive that it can cause instant chaos in a given industry or get in the way that things are currently done. - Use Super Computers to Locate Super Humans - By: Lance Winslow
Can we use super computers to scour databases to find those amongst us who are super humans or what I call human plus? There are many people in the world and in the United States, who can help mankind solve all its problems and it makes sense that we find these super humans who can help us run our civilization better. We should use the supercomputers to find them faster and look for anomalies in the overall population.
