The current population of Central African Republic is 4,434,873 so there is a large group of students learning ESL. Are you one of them? The percentage of the population of Central African Republic that uses the internet is 0.3 % so they have access to the resources they need to learn English with free lessons online. One of the hardest things about learning a new language is the repetition that goes into memorizing phrases. This obstacle can be overcome by using an internet/computer based language program in Central African Republic.  The second is constantly having to pour over different sources to find the exact piece of info you need, and finally the self discipline to actually use the new words and phrases in sentences and while speaking aloud.

One of the best methods for a student from Africa to learn a new language by is repeatedly watching free English  lessons  online which explain the basics and also allow you to multi-task quicker and more efficiently while listening to the lesson. You can pause the video player, go and find your language dictionary or if you don't have it on you, write down the word for later. You can also listen to the lesson anywhere with a MP4 player as it is much easier to manage than constantly having to bring a book around with you. If you want to even lessen the space you can rip audio from the video and add it to your MP3 player and listen to it on the bus, in the car or even while working. Many university students in Bangui have an MP3/4 player so can take advantage of this learning opportunity.

YouTube followed by Google video are the largest free providers of English as a Second Language video lessons. They also have every subject you can imagine and then some. Some of the lessons are very general but some are not. One set of lessons teaches pronunciation lessons that with practice of course cure most students of ESL from their accents. Just type in "English" and "Pronunciation" and find the most professional looking video,  these are usually done by schools not individual teachers and there for much better, and get started.

Another great way to learn ESL in Central African Republic quicker is by picking up an e-book. E-books with good testimonials tend to be quite popular since the people who bought them yielded amazing results with that particular e-book. An e-book is great to take over a book since you'll be able to read it on your devices which you can carry around such as, Phones, iPods and Laptops. Usually software is downloadable which allows the e-book to be read aloud so you can listen to it as well as read it. Good news English as a Second Language lessons online are fun and much less expensive, even with the cost of the internet connection and maybe even buying an MP4 or MP3 player.  With all the time students of English spend on public transportation in Africa, using the internet to learn ESL will save them time and money. It does take a certain level of personal motivation but the effort is well worth it.
