One of the most popular questions I’m asked when it comes to learning Spanish is “What’s the best way to go about learning Spanish?” So this is the question I’m going to answer for you today.

Firstly, one of the best ways of learning Spanish (or any language, in fact) is to take classes. This may be the most time consuming and expensive way of learning, but it will probably get the best results. Even better, take an immersion course and live in the country where the language I spoken natively.

These are the two best ways of learning Spanish.

But I’m well aware that these two options are too impractical for most people’s busy lives.

So what other options are there?

The next best solution is to learn Spanish online. There’s plenty of free websites out there which can teach you the basics. But if you really want to get on the fast track and see quick progress in learning Spanish, then I recommend you buy a good product which incorporates listening and conversation exercises. This is the fastest way to learn conversational Spanish.

If you aren’t interested in buying an internet product for whatever reason, then you should hop on over to Amazon and see if any of the books, DVDs, and audio CD’s suit your needs. I’m sure you’ll be able to find a product to suit your needs nowadays, as there seems to be a product for every requirement… all the way down to specific audio CDs for your car, or for your children.

But regardless of which option you choose to learn Spanish, you need to set aside some time where you can regularly practice your new language skills. Persistence and practice is the key to learning Spanish. Also, try to practice your conversation skills as often as possible. This will allow you to eventually “think” in Spanish. When you can do this, you will know that you’re making significant progress.
