Every one of us always experiences a deadly virus in our daily routine. Some of us either wondering why were still suffered with this kind of emotional and mental disease despite of all hard work and recondition of our mind. Is this kind of emotional and mental disease can be overcome? And what are the ways and methods that we can eventually conquer these negative feelings before it can conquer us?

I would like to advise you dear readers to read this article so that you can have the knowledge and idea on how you can overcome the fear disease if you are the one who are struggling with it right now.

I’ve learned this secret of the ages: weak is he who permits his thoughts to control his actions and strong is he who forces his to actions to control his thoughts!

It’s really true that when a man loses confidence, every other sources quality gradually leaves him, and life becomes a vanity!

If we did not learn on how to conquer fear before it can conquer us, I think my friend, it is the right time that we should start to re-examine ourselves before its too late. Remember, we are the architect and the master of our self. Therefore, encourage yourself to learn of controlling and managing your thoughts.

James Allen points out that “Good thoughts and actions can never produce bad results; bad thoughts and actions can never produce good results.”

He further pointed out that “suffering is always the effect of wrong thought in some direction. It is an indication that the individual is out of harmony with himself, with the low of his being.”

He argued that, “A particular train of thought persisted in, be it good or bad, and cannot fail to produce its results on the character and circumstances. A man cannot directly choose his thoughts, and so indirectly, yet surely, shape his circumstances.”

James Allen convinced and encouraged us that we should cease from our sinful thoughts, and all the world will soften towards us, and be ready to help us; let us put away our weakly and sickly thoughts, and lo! Opportunities will spring up on every hand to aid our strong resolves; let should encourage good thoughts, and no hard fate shall bind us down to wretchedness and shame.

Finally, he reminds you readers that “If you would perfect your body, guard your mind. If you would renew your body, beautify your mind!”

Before I will conclude my article, I would like you to recall this people, Weak is he who permits his thoughts to control his actions and Strong is he who forces his actions to control his thoughts!

Wish you many blessings to come and God Bless!
