How To Have The Will Power And Self-Discipline To Achieve Any Goal - Part 1

A) Benefit
Develop will power and self-discipline. Be more assertive. Commit to something. Have the self-discipline to stick with something, to begin and end a project. When you want something, you will have the necessary will power to achieve it.
B) Background
In the modern world everyone wants the magic pill, one pill that will allow them to achieve all their dreams: be rich, get women, be healthy...they expect everything without work. That's why they get nothing.
I really wish it could be that way. If I wanted money, I would click twice on a button and I would get unlimited funds for the rest of my life. If I want women, I would say 3 words and have any of them at my disposal forever. Unfortunately, that's not the way the world works. For most things and most people, if you want something, you must work for it. That's where self-discipline and will power enter the equation.
If you want to loose weight, you can go to a nutritionist to develop an elaborate eating plan and join a gym. But you still need the necessary will power to follow the eating plan and go to the gym. Same thing with quit smoking and many other things. And this is just on the superficial level.
How many other plans did you start and did not have the necessary will power or self discipline to follow through? I can say this enough. If there is only one thing you can develop from, make it this one! Will Power is one of the most important things you can have. The saying "If there's a will, there's a way!" is definitely true!
C) Practice
I will provide you with a program to develop will power and self-discipline. If you follow this program along with some other exercises I will give you, you'll be on your way to finally COMMIT and ACHIEVE your goals!
Exercise 1:
Sit on a comfortable place and look at the door knob without moving a muscle for 15m. After that write on a journal what you experienced. You must keep absolutely still, no movement. Only breathing is allowed.
Yes, I know, you're thinking: "It's ridiculous! Why on earth will have to look at a dammed door knob for 15m?" Precisely for that. Try and you will see it's not so easy to keep still for 15m looking at something. Your mind can still wander at will.
Think in whatever you like. But whenever you experience difficulty and need to move, think: "I can do this, my WILL IS STRONGER! I command my body" If you need start with 5m, then 10m, then 15m. The important thing is doing the 15m for 5 consecutive days. After you achieve this body control for 15m for 5 days, you'll be ready for step 2 which will be online in a few days.
Part 2 will be up in a few days!
