So you are going on a trip. Big or small, it makes no difference. You make a list of what you are taking, whom you need to talk to, or what are the last things you must remember to bring with you.

So if you are traveling with your children the list may go like this:

underwear, socks, shoes, toiletries, braces, shirts, slacks, hats, windbreaker, cell phone, laptop, playing cards, CD player and CDs, toys, books, snacks, drinks, movies, maps, documents, sun glasses, and money.

You then make a list of what the person taking care of your house and pets should do:

feed this one food once/day; change the water every day, bring in the mail and newspaper; call the vet at such a number in case of emergency; call me at such a number if you need, water the plants; change the litter box, walk the dog 2x/day, and so on and so forth.

And then you make a final list of to-do things before you leave:

go to the bank, go to the cleaners, go to the store; change the oil, fill the tank, clean the windows, and check the tires; call mother; speak with the neighbor. Did you forget anything?

It really doesn't take too long to have a very long list of things to bring and things to do. And this is just a list related to a dinky little trip.

Now, if we think that making lists is important for a trip, why don't we make a list for the journey of life? You can make several lists and go about them with conviction that they will help you tremendously because they will.

Here is a list of some of the lists that may choose to write down. They will certainly help you attain your very deserved happiness in life. Why? Because they will give you direction. They are your map to this journey. So make a list of people, situations, and events which:

1. You love

2. You need to apologize to

3. You need to forgive

4. You are grateful for

5. You wanted to bestow gifts to

6. You are afraid of

7. That will help you attract money, loving relationships, and health and healing

8. That will help you grow your business, increase your spirituality, and your abundance

9. Your values

10. Your likes and dislikes

11. Your priorities

12. ?

When you have your lists done, think about the ones that are hindering you in any way. The ones that bring negative feelings are the first you need to pay attention to, so you can soon let go of.

Observe what you wrote and ask yourself: why am I afraid of such and such? Why do I dislike this or that? What are your feelings regarding each one? Pay attention to the first thought that comes to you for it is mostly your truth. Then, bless it and let it go.

Repeat the process with the positive answers.

These lists will tell you who you are and what you are about, and this is the first step towards knowing and loving yourself. Then, by default, you will be able to attract what you most want. Happy writing!
