Traders know everything about the matter of material goods, liabilities and inventories of their business. He or she knows what has been earned, the dangers of holding a fortune and what the advantages are. In order to come out even you must balance liabilities and assets. In fact, proper accounts will give you enough advantage to cover your material desires. At this instant, why would we not look at our minds and bodies that way? What business is more important that of living? If living is important, what is more important than being able to live joyfully? If so, you must look at yourself and recognize yourself for what you are, not what you were, or what you would like to be. To be happier, you must be aware of your assets and liabilities so that knowing them becomes power for you.

You will never have another body but the one you have. You relish it as we all do. But do you take care of it, do you know it, do you understand it, do you listen to it? You are a miraculous structure made not only of bones, muscle, nerves, fluids and organs, but also of soul, feelings, intelligence and dreams. As a result, every part of your body is dependent on the other.

Now go on an expedition of examination of your own body and mind. Know it. Run your thoughts through your body and put all of your worries, concerns and fears out in the open in one place where you can see them, admit them and defeat them. What worries you now, in ten years will be something insignificant that will be on a second plane in your life. The chances are that you are worrying about little things, while there are a thousand reasons to be happy. As you go through your body, try to know it, so your confidence grows and makes you proud. You must inspect your body in order to appreciate what you have been given and of what you are to take care. Make a physical inventory of your possessions and liabilities. Make up your mind, fairly and fearlessly, as to whether or not there are habits that need to be corrected.

You can improve and increase your efficiency as well as improve your look by taking care of little details. Do what every trader does for his business. Modify habits and admit weaknesses when you come to them. From the tips of your toes to the top of your head you must examine yourself objectively. Look at every part of yourself, feel them, think about them, accept them and love them. You are not to diagnose causes, but to consider conditions that might be affecting your life physically, mentally and spiritually. You are to decide if there is anything that should be diagnosed by a professional. Once habits have been established and a mental and physical treatment has been applied, happiness will come from the accomplishments achieved by body and mind operating as well organized team.

To conclude, as you feed your body with food, you should feed your mind and soul as well with positive thoughts and prayer. Now, go and glow bright like a star. Use the powers of the universe and grow as high as possible. Live a life of happiness, love and knowledge.
