As the years go by I still don't know what to say. My husband lost both of his parents within years apart do to different health issues, and still to this day it hits him very hard. It not only affects him, but it takes a toll on everyone that loves him (THE WHOLE FAMILY). This thing called depression, is the #1 killer in our country today. So how we help out, is to continue to tell him, and show him how much he is loved by his family, no matter what. What I say to people now, is to live life day by day.
Enjoy each others company while it lasts, and live in the moment. Tell that loved one how much they are loved by you every day. In life today, its nothing but obstacles beacuse you never know what to expect. Tomorrow is not promised to any one so live life as it comes.Treasure what you have and be thankful for it. Just remember someone out there is always worst off than you are. So try to help as many people as possible. If your are not speaking to a loved one and haven't in a long time, life is to short... So take the time and Listen.
