There was a time when my heart was closed in the past, and I was not able to receive love. I wasn’t even aware that my heart was closed.

All I knew was that I didn’t feel like that I was being given lots of love by people in my life.

This was very painful and sad and I felt empty, until I found the Secrets of coming from your Heart.

What are the secrets of coming from your heart?

There are three secrets.

The first secret is tuning into your heart.

The second secret is listening to your heart.

The third secret is speaking from your heart.

It is very powerful to come from your heart.

Your heart has a wonderful intelligence of its own. That’s why it is very important to listen to your heart.

How do you know when you’re coming from your heart?

You know when you are coming from your heart because you can feel it and putting this feeling into everything you say and do will totally transform your life.

People know when you are coming from the heart. Children, especially, always listen to the feelings behind the words an adult says. Adults do the same, but do not always trust their feelings.

When you say something from your heart, each word is specially gift wrapped in this feeling from your heart. People feel this and know this.

When you come from your heart, you also have a better rapport and connection with people, and ultimately wonderful relationships.

When you are coming from your head, people pick this up and don’t feel a connection with you. Whereas, when you come from your heart, you develop a lovely connection with people.
