Our Lives are Getting Busier and Busier

No matter how busy our lives get, the day-to-day errands do not decrease, in fact they increase. It is harder to say I will leave that until tomorrow or the next day, because then the important errands in our lives never get done.
With our careers taking importance in our lives, the role of the family is taking a back seat. However, this does not have to be the result.
Just a little bit of thought into organising our daily lives is all it takes.
A To Do List is a major necessity as is a daily calendar to keep a track of each individual family members' events and engagements.
Although we have been told for a long time now that we will become a Paperless Society, it is common practice for us to still rely heavily on the pen and paper to write down our To Do's and are our daily requirements. This is a good thing, it makes each and every one of us remember even the most mundane errands we must undertake.
Yes, a mobile phone and a Blackberry or laptop is a natural requirement in this day and age, but without our pen and paper, we would still not be able to remember all the necessary daily grind errands which need to be done, such as paying bills, travel bookings, our children's birthday parties, purchasing a gift for that someone special and more.
Pick up a pen and a notepad today and write down everything that you can remember that you need to do. This notepad will stay in front of you and as you accomplish one task, cross it off. You will start to feel that a major load has been lifted from your shoulders. Keep going, finally you will be at the bottom. Don't forget though, the list will start again next week!
Take it from me, we will be using pen & paper and our To Do Lists for a long time to come.
