Tucson is a great place to visit for many reasons. When you visit Tucson you are rewarded with a great deal of culture, art and of course nature. If it is nature that brings you to the city of Tucson you need to check out Sabino Canyon. It is truly one of the cities brightest treasures and is a must see attraction.

Sabino Canyon is located in the Santa Catalina Mountains . You can get into the canyon for free but you should know that there is a charge to park of around five dollars. Once in the canyon you have many choices of activities. One choice is to take a guided tram tour. On the tour you will be taken up and down the canyon and there is even a moonlight canyon tour during part of the year. It is a good choice if you just want to relax and enjoy the view.

If you would like to get a little more up close and personal with the canyon you can take a hike to the famous "seven falls" which is at the end of a 2.5 mile hike. It is worth the hike but with a 5 mile round trip hike it is not for everyone. Be sure to bring plenty of water.
